WHAT IS THERMOGRAPHY?

Thermography is an effective health screening tool for women and men. It is painless, non-invasive, and uses no radiation.

Thermography creates a digital map of your body that illustrates heat patterns. These thermal patterns can detect dysfunction, illness, inflammation, and disease in their earliest stages.

Thermographic Health Advantage uses medical-grade thermal infrared cameras that measure your surface skin temperature. These highly sensitive thermal images are forwarded to our staff of physicians, who are trained and board-certified in medical thermology. Our interpreting physicians review each image, write the reports, and include their clinical recommendations and expertise. Your report, along with a complete set of your images, is then forwarded to you and your referring practitioner for review.

 

Breast Thermography

Unlike other breast screenings, which look at the anatomical structure, thermograms look at the physiological function and vascular patterns in the breast. Changes within the breast can be detected as increased blood flow, new vascular paths, inflammation, and asymmetry. Malignancy requires an additional blood supply, growing new blood vessels to support tumor growth. Thermography can show early changes in the breast, sometimes several years before a palpable mass is discovered.

Thermography is remarkable in detecting disease in the breast, as well as other areas of the body.

certified and trained by the American College of Clinical Thermographers.

Our medical-grade infrared digital camera receives regular calibrations, and is FDA-registered and cleared.

who are all Certified Thermologists at EMI (Electronic Medical Interpretation).
